7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 RevScaled.com provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we make no warranties regarding specific results, profits, or performance outcomes.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue, reputational harm, or third-party liabilities.
7.3 Our liability, in any case, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered in the preceding 12-month period.
7.4 Clients agree to hold RevScaled.com harmless from any claims arising due to the actions, policies, or disruptions of third-party services used in conjunction with our offerings.
