The subscription fee is billed on a monthly basis, and clients must ensure that payment details remain up to date to avoid service disruption. By subscribing, the client acknowledges that services are delivered on an ongoing basis, with incremental improvements, strategy adjustments, and optimizations occurring throughout the subscription period.

1.1 Payment Obligations and Authorization: By enrolling in a subscription plan with RevScaled.com, clients authorize recurring payments to be processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available for payment processing, and failure to maintain an active payment method may result in service suspension or termination. Any declined transactions, failed payments, or disputed charges may lead to additional administrative fees or legal enforcement actions to recover outstanding amounts.

1.2 Service Delivery Timeline: Upon successful payment, RevScaled.com initiates the process of business development, automation setup, lead generation, and scaling strategies as per the selected service tier. The scope and complexity of each service component dictate the delivery timeline, with certain elements requiring ongoing management and iterative refinement. Clients acknowledge that service results depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to market conditions, advertising budget, industry demand, and algorithmic changes across marketing platforms.


2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a formal cancellation request via email to [Insert Contact Email] or through their account portal. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all service provisions will cease.

2.1 Immediate Termination of Services:
Upon cancellation, RevScaled.com reserves the right to immediately terminate access to ongoing lead generation, client acquisition, advertising campaigns, business automation, and all associated services. Clients will not receive any prorated refunds for unused portions of the service month. Any materials, designs, or business development strategies provided during the service period remain the intellectual property of RevScaled.com unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

2.2 Impact of Cancellation on Service Components: Clients understand that service cancellation results in the cessation of all active growth strategies, ad campaigns, and automation workflows implemented by RevScaled.com. Any pending campaigns, scheduled outreach efforts, or in-progress optimizations will be discontinued immediately upon cancellation. Furthermore, clients acknowledge that previous service work cannot be replicated, reinstated, or recovered after cancellation, and RevScaled.com assumes no liability for any loss of business momentum resulting from service termination.


3. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to strict eligibility criteria and will only be considered under the following conditions:

3.1 Minimum Service Duration Requirement:
A client must maintain an active subscription for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months without interruption or cancellation in order to be eligible for a refund request. If at any point during the service term the client cancels, pauses, suspends, or otherwise terminates their subscription before the completion of the 24-month period, the refund policy is rendered null and void, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3.2 Refund Eligibility Assessment:
Clients who have maintained an uninterrupted 24-month subscription and seek a refund must submit a formal written request within thirty (30) calendar days from the completion of the 24-month service term. RevScaled.com will conduct a detailed review of the client’s business performance, marketing execution, and implemented strategies to assess whether the terms of service were fully utilized and executed as advised.

Refunds will only be issued if RevScaled.com determines, at its sole discretion, that all strategies and recommendations provided to the client were executed in accordance with best practices and that the client’s business failed to achieve measurable profitability despite full compliance with our directives. Clients who did not actively participate in strategy execution, failed to implement suggested operational changes, or declined to approve marketing initiatives will be deemed ineligible for a refund.

3.3 Refund Processing and Limitations:
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within one hundred twenty (120) business days via the original payment method. RevScaled.com is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or third-party financial entities. Refunds will only cover amounts paid directly to RevScaled.com for service fees and will exclude any expenses related to third-party advertising platforms, paid marketing campaigns, software tools, or other external costs incurred during the service term.

Any attempt to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized reversals through a financial institution prior to the formal completion of the refund assessment will result in immediate forfeiture of any potential refund eligibility and may lead to legal action to recover owed service fees.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • One-time business setup and onboarding fees.

  • Ad spend budgets allocated to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

  • Custom software, website development, and automation systems tailored to the client’s business.

  • Paid influencer partnerships or PR campaigns.

  • Any services that were fully delivered as part of the ongoing subscription prior to the refund request.

  • Any intellectual property, content, or materials created and transferred to the client.

  • Any lead generation data, customer lists, or proprietary growth systems provided to the client.


5. Dispute Resolution and Legal Considerations

By engaging with RevScaled.com, clients agree to resolve any disputes related to payments, refunds, or service performance through binding arbitration. All claims must be submitted within sixty (60) calendar days of the disputed transaction. Clients waive their right to class-action lawsuits and agree that any legal claims must be pursued individually.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, RevScaled.com reserves the right to submit evidence of service fulfillment, client communications, and business strategy execution to the relevant financial institution or legal authority. Any fraudulent or bad-faith attempts to dispute valid service payments will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
